Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders .

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Softorra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

  • Refusing the package, or

  • Recording an unboxing video and contacting us immediately.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, Softorra ships only within India.
We plan to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
